Swag Hire Rates

The following rates include packaging and delivery and are for the hire of single swags only:-

* These swags are available with either a canvas or PVC base

Please note that swags are only available to hire within the UK mainland.

How to Hire a Swag

1. Complete the booking form in full. Please remember to include a contact telephone number as we will need to ring you in order to secure payment for the booking.
2. Ensure you have read and agreed to our terms and conditions of hire.
3. Once we have received your completed booking form, we will ring you to request full payment for the booking. This will include the hire charge together with a refundable deposit. The total payment will amount to the full purchase price of the swag hired.
   For example, if you wish to hire a Coolabah swag with a canvas base for the weekend, the total payment will be £215.00 of which £170.00 will be refundable once the swag has been returned to us undamaged and within the timescales specified at the time of booking.
4. A booking confirmation will be sent to you, either by email or in the post, once we have received full payment.

PLEASE NOTE THAT WE REQUIRE AT LEAST 48 HOURS NOTICE FOR EACH BOOKING.
